个人简介
徐志斌老师主要从事含能材料与精细化学品（药物）的设计与合成工艺研究。主持火炸药青年基金1项，国防基础科研项目3项，作为主要参研人参与4项国防基础科研项目。已发表SCI论文20余篇，EI论文7篇，授权发明专利3项。指导大学生获得2021年第13届北京市大学生化学实验竞赛一等奖。
研究领域和方向
（1）聚焦国防重大需求，以量化计算为先导、有机合成为基础开展高能量密度材料的设计与合成 （2）在“碳中和、碳达峰”大背景下，以微反应器技术为强化手段，结合自动化与智能化手段，开展精细化学品（药物）绿色制备工艺研究与开发
